What’s one thing you always remind your couples on their wedding day?

Stay together as much as possible! The wedding day goes by incredibly fast, and some of the best moments are the ones you experience side by side. I always encourage couples to soak it all in together because looking back on the day is even more special when you share the same memories and moments.

What’s your favorite wedding aesthetic or vibe?

I’m always a fan of color and patterns! I get excited when couples embrace a fun, unique color palette and aren’t afraid to think outside the box. There’s something so special about a wedding that feels personal and unexpected, whether through bold colors, layered textures, or thoughtfully mixing patterns. I love designs that feel vibrant, intentional, and truly reflective of the couple.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

Getting to be a small part of one of the biggest days in someone’s life is something I never take for granted. I love watching not only the couple, but also their parents and loved ones truly enjoy the day without worrying about the details. When everyone can be fully present because they trust their vendor team to handle the logistics, that’s when I know we’ve done our job and those moments make it all worth it.

What’s one thing you always have in your event day bag?

Super glue and a Shout Wipe! While bandages and the usual emergency kit essentials are a must, these are the two items I reach for most often. From quick wardrobe fixes to unexpected spills, they’ve saved the day more times than I can count!

Favorite Kansas City spot? 

Without a doubt, Billie’s Grocery! It’s one of my favorite places to meet with clients or catch up on work, and I’m always tempted by one of their delicious (and somewhat healthy!) treats.
